Governor Florencio T. Miraflores issued an advisory on July 24, 2021 for the strict observance of General Community Quarantine (GCQ) with heightened restrictions provided for under Executive Order No. 2021-005-D and additional protocols and guidelines approved by the Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force.
- Mandatory wearing of face shields together with face masks.
- Movement of all persons shall be limited to accessing and delivery of goods and services, for work on establishments allowed in GCQ areas.
- Restrictions in going out of 18 years old and below, 65 years old and above and those who have immunodeficiency, comorbidity or other health issues and pregnant women.
- Students below 18 are only allowed to go out of their residence during enrollment.
- Travel Pass issued by the Municipal Mayor is needed for non-essential travelers to another town.
- No indoor dining and establishments are allowed to operate to a maximum of 50% capacity only.
- Mass gatherings (5 people or more) are prohibited.
- Religious gatherings are allowed up to 30% of the venue capacity.
- Gathering for necrological services, wakes, inurnments, funerals are allowed only for immediate family members.
- Business activities not engaged in delivering essential goods and services are closed on Sunday.
