1. SECURING SITE ZONING CERTIFICATION

Site Zoning Certification is given to individual, corporation, government entities, land and building owners, business owners requesting for site zoning classification of property/ies.

2. SECURING CERTIFICATE LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE (CLC) FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT

CLC is issued to individual, corporation and government entities introducing development to a parcel/s of land and expansion of existing development. This is a pre-requisite in securing building permit. This should be complied before the commence of development to ensure that the development is allowed in the chosen location as per Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the LGU.

3. SECURING ZONING CLEARANCE FOR RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMIT

Enterprises are required to secure a Zoning Clearance upon application for Business Permit to ensure that the enterprise is allowed in the chosen location as per the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of the Municipality and other relevant zoning and land use ordinances.

4. Buying of Bidding Documents

All procurement shall be done through competitive bidding, except as provided in Rule XVI of RA9184. Bidders are required to buy bidding documents as the basis for bids, furnishing all information necessary for a prospective bidder to prepare a bid for goods, infrastructure projects and/or consulting services required by the procuring entity.
